Re-signing question...

I think I ask this every year...

If a player is a 4-year vet, is he a RFA? Or is just rookies, 1st year, 2nd year, and 3rd year?

More specifically, SS Julio Smolka is a 4 year vet...do I need to re-sign him? Or is he RFA?

He will be in his fifth year *next* year, which means he'd be an UFA if you don't sign him.
