MIDWEEK PRESEASON WEEK 1 SIM COMPLETE- NEXT SIM SUNDAY

I have a similar question - I did a lot of depth chart changes and gameplanning, not realizing/forgetting there was going to be a midweek sim this time. So everything I did was after downloading Thursday night's sim. I exported it and uploaded it and it said everything was fine, the tracker says I've uploaded it. But since it is from Thursday's sim, and I haven't downloaded the midweek sim yet, do I need to go back and re do everything after downloading and loading the midweek sim?

Yeah, when you export, it must be from the latest file.

I don't want to doubt anything, but something seems fishy. I am certain that I exported from the correct stage in the game, so my changes should have happened. I didn't want to say anything, but since it appears a few other people had issues with the stage sim, I thought it would be appropriate.

I've had issues the past 3 sims. I've made it a habit to check the export tracker afterwards, and I'm sure it said my file exported. I didn't say anything because I know it may happen on occasion, but I do agree that something strange is happening if we've had this many people experience this issue.

I dont know what to say guys. My sim process and computer hasnt changed. I open the FTP, cut and paste the files from the FTP to the import folder in the game, open the game and import the files. Ive been doing the same thing for the past 2 seasons.

Soobie, your file was the only invalid file out of the 17 that were imported and I see that a number of files were imported correctly. It couldnt be that there was an old file in the export tracker because I delete all files from the FTP before I post the new sim file. Lets see what happens tonight.

Lets see what happens tonight but your problem is different than Soobie's. His file was in the FTP but from the wrong stage and your's wasnt in the FTP. Yours is in the FTP this stage so hopefully it wont be a problem.

Yeah, that's odd though. I exported yesterday morning, the time even said 10am. You didn't sim until around 5-ish, but mine didn't go through. Immediately after, my name was still in green, as if I had already exported after yesterday's sim, but the time still said 10am. It's like my file was never pulled.

I exported again today, from the updated file, because yesterday's would've been invalid. I'll post immediately after the sim to let you know if it went through.

I also have uploaded my file for tonight, from the downloaded stage in this thread. I cut my kicker, and signed a new kicker and WR. I manually set my depth charts as well. So I guess we'll see what happens.

Thats strange Sully. When I looked in the export folder it was empty immediately after the sim. Like I said, I dont know what to say. Also that doesnt explain why your previous 2 exports didnt have your roster changes.

At least it's the offseason, and most of the changes I made were within my current roster. Hopefully, everything works out tonight.
