PRESEASON WEEK 5 SIM COMPLETE - NEXT SIM TUESDAY

The Preseason Week 5 sim is complete. The next sim is the midweek week 1 sim. The sim is scheduled for Tuesday at 9.

All teams must be at the 53 man roster limit before Thursday's sim. Any team over the limit runs the risk of the CPU cutting a random player.

Got through the last pre-season week without injury. Thank God! Losing 2 of your top 5 players in pre-season sucks.

Tough Week 1 test coming up with Ohio Valley. Wish I had all of my guns for a game of this magnitude.

Note: Something to think about for next season.... two midweek sims between the last week of preseaon and Week 1 of the reg season. That would give teams the chance to cut to 53 for the first sim.... then a second sim to pick up players from the cuts before Week 1. Just a thought since that 's the biggest cut sim.

Thats a good idea. I think we should try it this week. Midweek 1 on tuesday, #2 on Wednesday and Week 1 on Thursday.

It might only be pre-season but boy we suck. Our defense did a great job against Columbus but we turn the ball over 7 times. Not looking forward to the start of this season. It is going to be a long one.

I could have sworn that somebody else brought this up last season, but was shot down since everybody was in a hurry to start the season.

BTW, I'm for this change. :)
