Nah, I just think that the NC North has finally caught up to ya. A combined 4 point difference in both games. With the highest point total at 24 and low at 20. This looks like it will be a tough season to predict for our conference.

There looks to be a lot of talent between Kaplan, Dusty, Myron and Parrish.

Your team did a good job forcing turnovers and capitalizing.. Our defense simply didn't show up and the offense wasn't able to make up for it- Good win. We'll try and get our revenge later this year.

Pleased to get a victory in my first OSFL game. I'll be without my star WR for a bit, so it was nice to get a good ground game going. I think JJ Roberson is going to have a great year for us.

I was shocked we came back and won. Everything was going against us early. We lost our best defensive player (Jermaine Lowman) and your offense was picking up yards in HUGE chunks. 21 here... 30 there... 25 here... I wasn't stopping anything. Being down 21-7 at halftime made me almost feel lucky to have it that close.

Clutch, clutch effort by undrafted rookie QB Jon Soriano. Perfect, perfect game management.

I noticed you got dinged up a lot during the game as well, so hopefully we can both have our full compliment of players when we meet again in Week 7.

Yes we caught a little injury bug during the game. Hopefully some new guys can step in and put in some good minutes the next couple weeks. It was a tale of two halves... My offense looked unstoppable in the 1st, while yours struggled. Then in the second it seemed just the opposite. Soriano looked pretty good for his 1st game.

We won a tough divisional road game against a team I think is going to surprise some people this year. Cowell threw two picks in the rain, but also two touchdowns, while hanging 350 passing yards on the Stingrays. I expected my team to run the ball a little more than we did, but I guess I can't complain. Even with Heflin, it's no secret that my team is a pass-first offense.

                  Good game, EaglesFan.

I give up trying to build this defense. I can't do anymore.

Of course we lose our top pick from the last two drafts, DT Terrance Scott, and MLB Julio Durham. Scotts out half the season.

We lost by 1, should've been by 21. I'm gonna just start cutting everyone.

Congrats. I expected more from my pass defense, but you have a talented team and made some big plays happen so I'm not going to get too down on my guys yet.

Our offense couldn't get it done. We have some good things to take away from this game and reason for optimism.

Here's a rundown of the Top 10 draft picks for Week 1.

1: QB: Roy Parrish, 18-22/149/2-0/ 125.2 rating in first game. Very impressive.

2: LT: Eric Poliska, 2/4 Key run blocks. Good start for the rookie out of Georgia.

3: MLB: Julio Durham, only two tackles, but slowed by an injury.

4: RB: Dean Boshier, 12-58, two fumbles, and one catch for eight yards. Not a good first game.

                              5. OLB: Joel Wild, nine tackles and three assist. Just the production North Liberty was looking for.

                              6. RB: Darnell Wilkens, 14-77, two catches for 28, and a fumble. Better than Boshier... but I'm sure Columbus was looking for more.

                              7. RT: Quinn Robbins, 1-1 in key blocks, but also allowed a sack.

                              8. DE: Keith Minnig, one tackle, two assist and half a sack. Well done.

                              9. DT: Tommy Becker, seven tackles, big part of the 2.20 YPC average for LV.

                              10. CB: Dusty England, six tackels, one assist, one hurry, but had three passes completed against him with none defended. Solid first game.
