We won rather easily. Las Vegas found themselves in a early hole, but stuck to their gameplan. Unfortunately, when you're down 20 points in the second half, running the ball every down is a tough way to get back into it. I'm not happy with the amount of yards we gave up on the ground, but the defense was expecting pass on every down in the 2nd half, while Madera was chewing up some big yards.

2-0. I'm happy.

Well the Phantoms came to play this week, winning 37-13 over the 1-1 Dakota Totems.

Sheesh. Casula defended 5 passes against us and SF embarasses us. This is one of the most frustrating games of FOF I've ever watched.

Wow. Rico was picked off on the first play and I thought the bottom was gonna dropout. Luckily my D turned in a fantastic performance by putting lots of pressure on the QB and turning TOs into points (2 runbacks). Beating 2 great teams to start the season is pretty outstanding. #2 in the rankings Morgantown is up next to complete the gauntlet before we get rebuilding Dakota. *If* we beat the Maniacs I think you can say we are for real.

Our Defense played very well in this one, but our offense is non existent. I am not worried about the running game as it is tough to run when the defense is keying on the run all game and most of it in the goal line defense but our pass attack could not take advantage of it and was awful. However all Arsenault seems to do is win. Can't complain about that.
