This week was the opposite of last week for us, and we were able to force and capitalize on 5 turnovers by Port City in a wild game that featured 2 Kickoff returns for scores. Boshier and Tatum ran well until Port City went all out on run defense in the seond half.. We probably ran for negative yardage in the 3rd and 4th quarters, but we were working off a short field most of the game so the points were easy to come by even against a pretty solid Port City defense. In the end, it was just one thing after another for our opponents and we got a lot of good bounces. CB Emmanuel Bullock is playing some of the best football of his career so far.

Team plays much better. Special teams still a concern. It sucks when my 98 kicking accuracy kicker misses an extra point.
My defense played well today. Turned them into a one dimensional team. And shut that down.
Offense is developing. I saw some things I liked. Its a work in progress.

My goodness. Utah is a beast, I dont feel so bad after what they did to Boston. A repeat Champion?

Nice bounce back win over an admittedly dinged up Brooklyn team. But after last week's beat down by Denver (the scoreboard may have said 14-14 after 3, but that game was never close), I'll take what I can get.

One thing I noticed; Brooklyn DE and game MVP Roy Goetzinger had three sacks, one each against my right tackle, center and left tackle. The guy's all over the field!

One other thing I noticed; the AC West went 4 - 0 this week, beating the NC East by a combined 107-30.

No love for Ian Sanderson for offensive rookie this week?
26 - 103 yards. Pretty good for our second rounder.

What a disgusting game to watch. Punx dominated us all over the field and then on top of that we make a ton of stupid mistakes. Our defense is a joke.

Yeah, I am just learning this team, and messing with my profile...which I need to look at..I know being down I was running it, but not as much as I should have been if I had the lead...

We shut out Camden 24-0, good game for us. Nice to see our defense play well so far, forcing 5 turnovers was a huge help this game. I didn't realize my gameplan called for that much running, but we controlled the clock, having over 40 minutes TOP.

2-0 for us, I don't think we've ever done that before.

We decided that our offense didn't have to show up until 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Too bad we needed another minute or so to score that second TD.

Kurt Price has been horrid this season so far. He needs to step it up or Stringer might get his chance it what could signal the end of this team as we know it.
