Yeah, uh, that's way more complicated than you need to do. ;)
User CP-->Edit Options
Way down at the bottom, under "Message Editor Interface," select Enhanced Interfaced--Full WYSIWYG Editing.
(EVERYONE should be using WYSIWYG editing here. There's no good reason not to.)
After selecting that, just copy and paste from the front end of the Extender output. Screw the HTML code. With WYSIWYG, you can copy and paste just about anything directly into the front end of vbulletin.
