The Seigrist trade was big too. It gave Allen a weapon and Allen has been smarter with the ball this year. I still think he gave up too much for Seigrist but he's been great this year.

It doesnt matter though. If Allen and the enforcers get in my way during the playoffs we will take him out like we did Lincoln, Jizmejian and Parrish

I really like Gainsville. They are just so bright and optimistic. Even in the face of certain defeat.

Did you get some big players in FA?

No, but like aholbert said, I made a trade for a marquee wide receiver, he wasn't spectacular this year and he got hurt, but overall it was a good trade for me. Most think i paid too much for him, but hell, I'm going to have a bunch of good/maybe great young offensive players together for at least the next 3-4 years. This gives me the opportunity to focus mainly on rebuilding my defense piece by piece and then switch back in a couple years.
