We need to come up with a name for the championship game. Any thoughts?

I have Memphis taking it this year. Cowell and Heflin will be too much for Yuma's D.

    Who you got?

I'm going to take Memphis too. Too many weapons.

    Names... hmmmmm....

Well... we could always pay homage to someone and name it after them... we could go the OS route since this league was kind of born from OS people and name it after Steve. We could name it after the first and only Commish. OR... we could give props to the guys who started SGN and brought a lot of us Non-Text guys over to this side of the fence.

I was thinking something with CUP. Like...

The Holbert Cup... or Stevens... or Noah.... or whatever. I've always thought Cup meant something... even things like The Grey Cup seemed unique and special... eventhough it was just the CFL.
    The Great One!

    Too many rings to count.

Andrew's site. Without all of his hard work, this place, and maybe this league, don't exist.

      Stevens Cup

The only problem with naming it after Andrew is that it would have a different name depending on where you were talking about it.

Because he's Andrew here... Cam on OS... Stu on the OOTP boards... it was a poorly constructed joke. I'm not proud of it.

It would be cool if somebody wrote a back history for the league like Jistic did for the BLB.

                http://www.simgamingnetwork.com/blb/...b_history.html

                I nominate Jistic.

I think the rookie runningback for Yuma carries them to the promiseland, 13-7.

Baltimore Bulldogs - BLB since '84
                          - Porter Champs: '92, '93, '97, '98, '01, '03, '06, '08, '12
                          - Playoffs: '92, '93, '97, '98, '99, '01, '03, '06, '08, '12, '13, '14, '15, '16
                          - Brewmaster's Cup: '01

I'm going to play Tom Brady here....

" Seven points? You think we're only going to score 7 points? Good luck with that."

I HOPE youre only going to score 7.

I expect this one to be a lot more bloody than the first game we played, for sure.. I won't make any predictions though.. Should be a very good game.
