AC East
1. Punx
2. Motor City
3. Ohio Valley
4. Lake County
The worst division in football is back!!! (Yes Matt, I know you won a playoff game.) In a division were all 4 teams were within a game of each other, its going to be the small things that lead to a division title or a trip home after the regular season. None of the 4 teams in this diviison have a great offense so I think the best D will win and that's Punx. Motor City could win the division if RB Clements has one more great season left in him and if Jiz becomes consistent (not likely). I like RB Sherman Ellison, OV's WR's (Hutton and Kamm) and DE's Unvergazt and Haggland but the rest of the team....not so much. QB Knoph is an average QB and they have one of the worst run defenses in the league. Lake County has a solid offense with RB Sherman Ellison and talented QB Nick Pipkin but the worst pass defense in the league.
AC West
1. Utah
2. Denver
3. Los Alamos
4. Phoenix
It was bound to happen eventually. After beating Memphis 2 years in a row in the Conference Championship, Utah lost to Memphis in 2009. They still have the best passing offense in the league and they dont look much different than last season. They are still good enough to win the division. Denver has only one big question: Can Damon Bishop do it again? QB Bishop is a first ballot HOFamer with a championship ring who played well enough to lead this team to the playoffs. Los Alamos has a QB and a RB entering their primes (Harrell and Hermon) but defense is the problem with one of the worst pass defenses in the league. Phoenix is still young and statistically has one of the worst pass offenses in the game. It will be interesting to see if Phoenix will turn young QB Lorenzo Kaplan loose.
