Congrats Lake County, I couldn't pass in the first half and couldn't defend the pass the whole game. Crap defense FTL. What good is a high rated CB if he can't cover and gives up 7 receptions?

I have been waiting for the offseason, I guess I got it now. Good luck the rest of the way Lake COunty.

We threw in some defensive wrinkles we had been playing with this week and they paid dividends. We have a game now against a team we have only seen once, so it should be a wide open game.. Neither team really knows much about the other.

If our offense is as efficient this week as we were against San Fran, we should be fine. It'll be another week of tweaks and sneaks to see if we can gameplan something unstoppable.

GG SF, we got our revenge when it counted most but your team is on the way up.. A running game and some balance would make your offense extremely frustrating to deal with after seeing what they did to us in the regular season.

That was really a nail-biter. GG N. Liberty -- that could have gone either way. I was pretty worried after you took the lead right at halftime and then we had the two turnovers in the third.

Now on to Yuma. That team scares me.

Ruining teams since.....well, a long time ago.

Jumbo Clements and that beard of his are the only scary thing in Yuma. He has an awesome beard.

Don't let Yuma's offense scare you. Plus, unless Clements and company, drastically changes that offense, you should do reasonably well since Yuma and North Liberty run very similar offenses.

GG Cringer. Pipkin had a career day to get us to our first ever Conference Championship.

Thanks for the wish of Good Luck too, I think we will need it as we haven't played Utah well in the past. They lead the series 3 to 1. At least this time it is on our turf.

This tempts me to either change my gameplan drastically or not at all.. I can't decide which. :)

I really wanted that rematch of last year's conference semi. I'm going to have to retool my defense the next couple of years...so I'm not sure if I'll be able to stay competitive.

Back on topic. Your offense is a bit more potent than mine so you probably will do better offensively than I will. However, S. Maryland played us very well and Mathews is one of the more underrated QB's in the league. Should be a good matchup.

I do agree.. There are a bunch of undefined variables in this matchup.. We don't know each other well enough to guess at a good gameplan..

I'm expecting it to be fairly one sided, but I have no idea whose side will be left standing when the dust settles.
