I am afk for most of the draft. I have enough guys in the utility to cover my one pick. Y'all have fun!

      Hey guys,

I wanted to run this by the rest of the league before I made this decision. I noticed that the Boston owner (UMD) and the Denver owner (LiquidCrash) havent submitted sims the entire FA period. No FA bids...No renegotiations...no coaching bids. I'm considering having the utility draft for them.

I thought they were active because they have logged into the boards recently but the transactions log showed they havent done anything. Let me know your thoughts about picking for them.

Do it. Isn't Liq crash a vet around here though?

LiquidCrash has been away from the BLB recently as well, but he checked in this week. He was away/busy. So he's got an excuse and might be around now.

          No qualms with autopicking Boston.

            Analysis:

Okobi is one of the fastest 300 pounders you have ever seen. He is a pass rusher in the vein of Gainesville's DT Eddie Siragusa and looks to have many double digit sack seasons ahead of him. The only knock is that he has a bad attitude and had several dustups with teamates while at TCU.

            Charlotte is on the clock.
We had him at the top of our board, so we're thrilled to land him with pick number five.

In the BLB thread Liquidcrash said that he won't have internet access until Monday.

As for UMD, I had no idea he was even in the league. I don't think he has a single OSFL post. I thought he was strictly in the college football league. He logged in yesterday, and posted in the NFCA forum less than a week ago, but if he hasn't exported all off-season, I say draft for him. And possible find a new owner if he doesn't respond soon to your PM.

I'm going to autopick for both of them. If they complain they will have to explain to me why they havent submitted a sim this whole offseason.

                  Nice pick.

When Courtney Bensen went #2, I was really excited for the #7 pick. I figured Sammy Dillon and Sherdrick Allen would both be gone, and with my first pick being offense, I really wanted to address a need on the other side of the ball. Once Bensen went #2, I figured Reese, Okobi, or Prescott would fall to #7.

Well, so far so good. Malcolm Mills is legit. Arguably the #2 prospect in the whole draft.

CB Sam Logan goes ahead of three CBs rated above him. By a lot.

We have seen our first pick based 100% on popularity rating. Interesting.

Vegas takes LSU Quarterback Mitchell Joiner at 1.9. Poor QB play last year, and my scouts think Joiner could be good. Left some solid choices on the draft board in need positions, but is difficult to win without a QB.

Logan was underrated by my scout with good bars. I think it was a decent pick, w/or w/out bars.
