As GM we was a little nervous about doing any coaching changes after finally making out 1st playoff appearance. However being near the picking 3rd we felt very confident of getting who we wanted. First looking a HC Jorge Butkie his Player Development appears to be around 15, however Young Talent is around 73, Motivation 80, & Interview 75. Every other prospect seemed to have at least one point each, so we figured be best to stick with Butkie as HC. OC Jose Orton Play Call 55 Scouting 70 we replaced with Washington's 51 yr old Fansel who appears to have PC of 75 & Scouting 85 which will be big improvement offensively we feel. DC Victor Daly was also let go we saw him as PC 70 S, 40 and replaced him with University Arkansas DC Francis his PC drops to 60 but scouting gets huge boost to 77. Three other facts we like, 1. We are going to say he is from Arkansas lol. 2. Only 47 years old, 3. is 3-4 Eagle Def. ( Being honest I wish he was True 3-4 as I have had best luck with those coaches in SP. but what the difference of Eagle & True are I don't know. } I just prefer 3-4 Defenses. We Also for 1st season figured 2 changes is enough, now just hope we don't get our new coordinators hired away next year from us.

Assuming this is for everyone....
New Orleans replaced their Defensive Coordinator. This was a scheme decision, not a "bad" coaching decision. We felt like 4-3 defense was better suited for the current personnel on the team.
We decided to hire Afredo Stephenson. he is young, just 40 years of age, and have strength in areas that we value.
With 92 Million + in salary cap space and the 2nd pick int he next draft, we are confident that we will be a much more competitive football team next year.
