I would be all for preseason injuries off.

SIM 1-2
SIM 3-5

5 days of preseason SIMs is a lot. And tiresome for something no one cares about.

I like your thinking on the injuries off in the preseason and SIM 1-2, as far as SIM 3-5 goes, lumping three stages together seems like a bad idea with so few stages available to resign vets after TC results are revealed after week 2 of preseason.

Even 1-2, 3-5 you have 3 SIMs to resign post TC. One league I'm in goes the entire preseason. I've never had an issue resigning anyone.
