So This will be a silly question but what is everyone talking about? What happens at this Stage? Is this when we know how good our draft actually was? Just Rookies or all our Players?.. I am not exactly sure what was triggered with this Stage (Probably in the massive help file and I am still slowly reading it)

Most are talking about the potential max their scouts see their rookies.

This is the stage where players have a big movement in future rating. Player ratings go up and down every year. Even rookies that go down can still go up next season at this stage and vice versa.
