Phoenix – This is one of the leagues best teams. Last season WR Sammy Slade finished with 1,700 yards and 11 touchdowns. RB Fernando Perkins finished with 1,300 rushing yards, 500 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns. Oh, and their defense is better than their offense. Watch out.
Los Alamos – The Monsters have been improving every season since 2008. While they don't have much of a shot to catch Phoenix, they should be a wildcard contender. If they can get a bounce-back season from QB Adrian Hermon, they just might reach the playoffs for the first time in franchise history.
Utah – If Utah had a good QB, they would be a lock for the playoffs. Problem is, they don't. If they can journeyman veteran QB Kenny Gaylor can somehow have a great season with all the talent around him, they could be a surprise team and sneak into the playoffs. Just don't count on it.
Denver – Not much to see here. This team has zero shot to win anything with the talent in this division. Better luck next year Grizzlies.
