Three late season losses by a combined 10 points doomed us to a wild card beat down by uber-god Port City.

        2nd best rated TE. (drafted)
        Top rated WR. (drafted)
        4th best rated WR. (trade)
        Top rated C. (drafted)
        Top rated DE (hurt) (trade)
        2nd best rated DE. (drafted)
        Top rated LB. (FA)
        2nd best SS. (FA)

        How does this happen?

We are in decent shape going into the playoffs this year, hopefully it means we can perform well enough to find ourselves in the title hunt after last seasons failure. Our offense was outstanding, defense not so much.. But they were opportunistic. I prefer consistency over turnover themed defenses, but we'll have to try and make it work. It hasn't been the best combo in the past.

We end the season with a 30-10 beat down of the 13-2 River Sharks. Well, their second team anyway. We've gone 3-4 since I've taken and have the 5th or 6th pick, so we should have something to build on for next year.

OLB Alex Naretta ends the year with 128 tackles, 46 assists, 7.5 sacks, 22 passes defensed, 2 INTs. I think he led the league in passes defensed, not bad for a linebacker.

Started 0-5, Finished 8-8. I'll take it. With my #1 CB back next season and the Butt Man realizing his potential maybe we can return the playoffs instead of being the kings of mediocrity.
