Another key win. Neither one of my starting Wideouts has dropped a pass all season. Buddy Offord is also having a great season. The whole receiver core is playing great.
Lincoln Ramsey 48/48 , the 12th pick in 2010, has been a nice suprise he is 1st in the league in interceptions and 2nd in passes defended.
Rookie Kicker Luther Spencer had missed only one kick all season until today when he missed 2.
Although the Defense isn't as stingy yardage wise as last season they are stingy point wise. Which is what truly counts.
Also we are rolling into bye week with only 2 slight injuries. We will come out with a entire roster of healthy players. Things are looking rosey in Montana
A nice 28-6 victory over Chicago. Rookie Omar Smith adds another sack to give him 3.5 on the year as well as 7 hurries and Galloway continues to lead the league in passing yards.
We are at Gainesville next week before a much needed bye to heal and rest up.
Disappointing loss for the Grizzlies. We ran the ball extremely well in the first quarter, but couldn't keep it up as Ohio Valley shut us down as the game went on. It looked like we might pull off a great game winning drive, then inexplicably called a short, 3 yard pass from the 13 yard line with 17 seconds play and no timeouts. Game ended with us on the 10 yard line. Don't understand that, gotta throw it to the endzone there. GG Ohio Valley.
The Phantoms win for the first time since week 15 in 2010! I only won 13-10 over (2-5) Port City, and I needed three missed fieldgoals in order to win, but I'm still pleased.
Also good news, 2nd round pick FB/RB Wally Fulton is finally over his turf toe and will make his regular season debut this week in his hybrid role.
Wilmington Wildcats- 2057- Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041 Washington Bats - 1979-2013
What a blown opportunity for a big win! Jumped out to a lead on Los Alamos, then just couldn't hold on.
On the plus side of the ledger, when is Artie Mayes going to start getting some love? I contend that this kid has been the best Fullback and one of the best overall backs in the league since it's inception. Mayes pulled in 14 catches this week and now ranks 4th in the entire OSFL in receptions.
The score was not nearly as close as the game seemed. New Orleans came to town and whooped our ass. Ellis Wynn was unstoppable and we could not get off the field on 3rd down.
That was the best team we have played against all season. Look out for this team.
