It's Memorial Day weekend here in the U.S., one of the most popular camping weekends of the year. Any chance we can put off the next file until Tuesday?

This is such a minor stage in the off season, I would rather it not be delayed.

It's just the OC / DC / AC and Strength Coaches remaining, nothing else to be done, I will delay it untill tomorrow night at 5 pm eastern and release the file, then give an extra day for the next stage, thanks for pointing this out, I have got almost the instructions from everyone but few managers so won't hurt to wait 24 hours.

Wow, I would have to disagree. I see hiring staff as one of the most important files of the entire season.

Either way, I meant a schedule more akin to what Shark was suggesting. Not to delay this next file, but more that we didn't have a Saturday -> Sunday/Monday turnaround. File Sunday, file Tuesday seems reasonable.

I have bad memories of 2 days before this past Christmas, spending hours looking through potential staff hirings. I think avoiding files too close to major American holidays (as this is an American football game) like Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving is a good idea. Those are times of the year that loved ones expect to see one another as more people have off work than normal and can spend time together. Having to sneak away from holidays because I want the best possible coordinator for the upcoming season is a tough situation.

Don't worry, I will do my best to bear in mind those festivities, if I forget just let me know guys, and we will adjust on the fly.
