Monday with the 14 hour clock, otherwise GMs not registered would lose their 1st Round picks.

Well, according to this thread and the schedule, this morning was supposed to be FA3 + the 14 hour draft clock starting, but it looks like the draft was started without a sim. The highlighted (current?) stage in the schedule thread was moved to tomorrow's sim, so either the sim is intended to happen later in the day like you suggested, or else it was skipped (maybe due to technical difficulties?)
