What I'm seeing since I started playing FOF8 online is: Just like the real NFL, talent is actually pretty easy to get and teams get minimal return in trades more often than not because the real challenge is deciding who to pay. So good players don't fetch much, and I've been interested in some players on the block but decided not to offer, because players who get traded or hit FA almost always come with the big contract demands.

14 hours in the first round. First round takes a few days usually, other rounds go faster because the clock is significantly shorter and the people who are skipping their pick and letting it auto fire lose another 75% of their clock
