***Discussion*** Staff Draft, Live, Live??

Some new GMs brought the idea of doing the Staff Draft live, for real, in the Forum or Slack. The method would be, giving a reasonable amount of time to every GM to make the picks.

Advantages
* More specific pick choices

Disadvantages
* It will require to be more involved in the Forum during that Stage.
* It would take more time

I am open to whatever you decide, discuss.

The key is to have guy engaged in the process, if someone cannot make it to live draft then by all means send shark a list

I'm good with how Shark has been doing the draft. I've been involved in "live" drafting in other leagues. It's great in theory but the practical reality is that it's impossible to get 20 to 30 GMs together to do the thing right. But if the majority want to try it, then have at it.

I am totally fine with staff draft not being live, player draft is way more important to me

I'd prefer list draft, but if the live draft goes through and I can still send a list, that's all good with me too.
