The way we stumbled into this playoff game, I don't expect much good to come from this defense. We shall see. I've made a couple changes to try and overcome the S.F. air attack but I don't see it working much.

In 2006, I beat Anchorage twice in the regular season, and then lost to them in the championship game.

I don't know if its just me, but teams seem to play BETTER when they have the flu. I like seeing my guys get sick. Maybe I just haven't seen the negative side of it yet, but it does seem like guys perform well when theyre sick.

Will this be the last game in a Stags uniform for Nikolaus? The Stags have 2 young guns on the sidelines who may have better upsides than the Starter. Or will Nikolaus lead them deep into the hunt? One thing is for sure. No one expects the Stags to repeat their earlier double digit wins. (31-20, 23-9) Jack Taylor has saved some of his better games against the Gladiators.
