EDIT:

I have overwritten the league scout results and instead I have posted the changes based on Nooby's scouts. I would use my own, but I exported after pre2 and lost access to my scouts' TC rating.

Below you will find tables with players that have had the biggest change in overall rating with the pre2 sim. Which players included are called out at the top of the table.

In the future these lists will generate with MTC scouts, not the league scout (unless the league scout has a good scout bar).

great stuff ---- since you are good at this --- request

perhaps using a declining table that asserts the value of each pick (like the nfl pick draft board but using a projected future draft number) --

e.g.
1.1 = 80 future value
1.10=68
1.20=62
1.32=60

and so on
down to 7.32 = 38

So you end up with a projection of what your total draft value when summing your slots vs your actual value that you got.

yes --- Obviously some subjective valuation of the chart but I think when doing by team it would really show those getting the value ; Ben in his leagues does a valuation--- but without any comparison to the value in a round -- so in his if you happen to have 6 picks in the first 3 rounds you almost always have a higher overall value vs someone only having 3 picks in the first 3 rounds even if you hit homeruns on each pick.
