For example, Fred O'Donnell, my rookie back last year, who I'm positive is not rated higher than a 38 or 39 overall put up 1200+ yards with a 4.38YPC.

And this certainly isn't the first time I've seen stats like that from guys who are less than stellar players.

The key of course is a decent line, but if you've got that... I could pull Philip Lincoln off the scrap heap and he'd put up close to 4.0YPC and 1,000+ yards with a full season of work.
There is a BIG difference between a 1700 yd season and a 1000 yd season. Only 3 backs have ever run for 1700yd and Perkins is one of him. He's pretty much run for 1200 or more in his first 3 seasons. He's arguably a top 5 back in this league so you have should pay him.

Shit, if Tarcone doesnt want to pay him....I WILL. Ive been looking for a back for 6 seasons.

Also my scout has Fred at a 42/49..so its not like he sucks. He's a solid back.

My scout has Cabrera 47/47. Can play both tackle positions at a high level. Great backup to have.

Jackson is easily my best WR and the best I have had since I traded Sammy Slade. If he drops a lot, I'm ok with that. None of my other WRs can even get open.
