OK... my idea is MILESTONES. Not sure where it would appear, but maybe something on the weekly output that says when someone reaches a MILESTONE.

10,000 rushing yards
25,000 passing yards
100 TDs
Etc...

Maybe also when someone breaks into the Top 5 or Top 10 in an All-Time catergory.

Like...

Billy Joe Jizmejians is not #5 in All-Time Passing Yards passing XXXX.

Just throwing ideas against the wall.

This is something I'd really love to do. It's doable, but difficult. My biggest concern is figuring out a way to slow down processing time on it. I *could* have the code check every single active player's total in every milestone category, subtract what he got this game, and see if he passed a milestone. My concern about that is that it might take too much processing time. I've added it to the list and its a high priority. At the same time, it's a tough one for me, too, so it probably won't get done all that quickly.

I actually already have something like that; it's just not linked on the site. I'll bet it's already functional for OSFL since I did a whole bunch of global replacing to port this stuff over. Gimme a sec...

Yup. It's there. It will take a bit to load, which is why it's not on the site. It's a report that I like to post in the forums a few times per season because it also requires some explanation, at least the way that I've done it.

While I love the stuff, I also love to watch the game unfold on my cpu... so avoiding the scores are much easier when they are in the second post...

In fact, I'd love it if the scores weren't even posted at all.

Wwhen I was looking at center JB Mahons player card in the stat DB. It listed Rank and POS RANK.
I assume this is stat based. 1st among centers. Is there ayway to list, for example, that DE Isacc Andrews is #1 at his position and #3 overall player in the OSFL.
I would like this listed on the roster page where loyalty, etc. #s are listed.

I'd argue that it just doesn't belong there. That's a roster page with no stats at all on it. If I get time at some point, I might add it to the main team page wiht the stats on it...

Heh. I checked earlier, and it is showing my playoff games. But you mentioning the Bowl, I'll almost guarantee that I know what's going on there without even looking. For every single game of the season other than ONE (the Bowl), Jim uses the "away" field as a boolean (0/1) variable. For the bowl, he stuffs a freaking city id number in there. I'm probably checking for away=1 there, instead of away>0. I'll change it, but I'll almost guarantee you that it'll display the game twice when I do.
