OK, I've seen that post before... I'm just asking for clarity. It says it will resize them... but is that applicable only if they are larger or if they are smaller as well?

Either way, it'll make them 300x240. You don't have to get dead on that, but just understand that if it's too small, it will distort in the resizing. I put yours up as-is as a test, and they look fine to me.
