They learn it in the film study part of training camp. As is, I've been giving McGarrahan a ton of film time to learn extra formations, but he's been stuck on 11 for 3 years now. I wonder if some guys have a cap on the number of formations they can learn.California Kodiaks - GM - 1982-2013
