3-4 WILB

Interesting thing I've noticed in all my single player leagues so far. Don't recall if this is happening in MP but I think it is too and I don't know what to do about it. Running a 3-4, but the WILB always seems disgruntled about playing time - even when he's the starter. What gives? Even when he's the starter, he only starts a fraction of the games, too.

Because the WILB is only playing in the base 3-4 and the goalline 3-4. He sits in the nickel and dime packages.

Since all the passing usually comes out of those two formations... the WILB tends to play very little. Usually best to have your WILB be a great run stopper to take advantage of his strengths when he's in the game.
