Brad, who is the Chicago owner? According to the export tracker they uploaded today. Or yesterday. But chippered isn't listed anymore.

Maintain a league filled is very hard in this moment for every league in the "FOF world". People are a little tired of the game because there is the feeling the game is already "broken". I hope in a new update soon with some "big changes".
