My first OSFL draft and a big one for the Outlaws. Hopefully we can begin to rebuild and mold this franchise to my liking, it all starts with this year's draft!

How do you draft in multiplayer leagues? I've seen things about utilities and what not. Does it end up working like a "live" draft?

In a way, yes. The fist couple of rounds each team has a set number of hours to make their pick (4 hours I believe). The later rounds have a lower time limit. So, it is "live" but it can be excruciatingly slow if teams don't set up draft lists and turn on Autodraft from list while they are out of pocket.
