Hopefully Boone turns out to be the guy we think he is, I am rather shocked he made it there. I was trying to trade all the way up to the Top 5 and pretty much every pick until I finally got him with Clay's. I must be missing a giant warning sign, in which case I'm glad I didn't give up any future 2nd rounders or 1st rounders.
Boone is going to be great. Ironically enough I was a couple minutes from PM'ing Clay about moving up when I saw your trade go through. We targeted Tubbs a few years back and waited too long and now it's deja vu with Boone. Nice pick man.

Very odd. The draft utility did not pick who I had loaded up in it. I had the WR selected that went one pick after mine.

Yeah, Boone looks pretty close to a can't-miss, albeit a long-term project at 11% developed. But 5 blues, a red, and masked to high heaven. Be interesting to see how he comes out in TC.

Pretty stoked to see Edgar Stone fall to us. 3 reds, 2 blues, great chemistry potential, and the size to play anywhere in the DB. Think he's going to be a game-changer.

And with the 2nd pick, a Center. Not exciting, but he looks like a monster. I'm hoping he'll switch to guard, actually. If that's the case, this is a huge win. In any event, looks to be a stud center, for whatever that's worth.

That center was pretty awesome....I was going to move up in round 2 if he fell much further.

So both Safeties and the TE I wanted to pick up in the first two rounds have been taken by WAS and POR.

Couldn't they have at least gone outside the division.

Damn, I'm sorry. I'll make sure and help you get a higher draft pick next season. :D

I think Waco got a steal with McBriar in the 2nd.

I wasn't that excited about McBriar compared to Beisel and Boone.

Waco got him on auto pick. Nice combine. Never noticed him pre draft, too busy ogling over Boone and Beisel. Bench = long passing? Interesting that it's so low, that bar.

Oh, I agree, just think it was really good value for a 2nd (I almost took him with 1.32) And autopick or not, they can use a QB of the future. Good chance with him.

Yeah, I think you're right. I was so in love with Beisel and Boone that I didn't think about McBriar as much... but he seems fairly promising.

I was hopeful that McBriar would fall a bit further into round two.

I think he will be solid.

Damnit Pat. You got the receiver I coveted.

DAMMIT. My 1-2 went right ahead of me in the 4th. The DE would've been the wiser pick for me, but think I would've taken Looney, just because he's curious. Looks like a creeper.
