Testing offensive gameplans and wanted to see what the West Coast offense looked like, especially at home. I don't like turnovers, and we threw some interceptions. Not good.
But we still won by seventeen. We're not playing badly at all.
Injury wise we have some minor bugaboos, but nothing we can't over come.
Not bad.... NLB is shaping up nicely. -
For his part, Rico Dietz could not have had a worse audition for the starting job in Utah than he did. Boone hasn't played a lot this preseason yet, stunningly, but has been solid in the 50 or so attempts he has had. Dietz, in his first action, took over from Boone and went 13/31 for 134 yards, 3 sacks, no scores, 1 INT, and 2 fumbles.
Outside linebacker Kendall Robinson lands on IR this week, upgrading rookie Percy Hampton's shot at sticking from impossible to outside chance. The rookie had a good day of action, 3 tackles and a sack.Float likeabutterflysting likeabee.
