Just noticed that by starting the Staff Draft, automatically the Stadium renovations plans or relocation proposals will be requested as well, therefore I will push this stage to tomorrow at 5 pm eastern, so whoever wants to make upgrades in the Stadium or relocate to another city if eligible can do so.

Schedule updated, I just pushed back the new file release and the 2nd part of the staff draft to Wednesday, all the other stages remain the same.
