  • Ac west End of season

So guys we had an entertaining season i think Utah ran away with the division no sadly no last day of the season drama.

denver had a great haul in the draft 4 of its rookies in the top 5 and with 2 picks in the top 10 next year (5th and 10th) there offense will be just as fomridable.

Los alamos under new owner ownership also had a fine season going 8-8 after starting 1-6 and unleashing the power of rookie RB Terrance Mccumber, who was just 26 yards shy of 1000 in only 11 games and found paydirt 5 times. also they were quite stingy allowing only 16 points a game (#5) and were #1 in fewest yards allowed. the future looks bright in los alamos.

Phoenix was snake bitten dealing with injuries all year but their biggest problem was lack of a QB, Ramsey and Foley were not the answer, the other concern is age key players liek C jb Mahon and DE Isaac andrews are on the wrong side of 30 so they could be in for a even longer season.

Utah seems to have it together they recorded their best record in 7 years against what has been the best (excluding phoenix) ac wes lineup in years. Randy Boone can only get better and as he works with Alvin Foley that combo could be dangerous for years to come.

on the Pro bowl selections Denver led the divison with 3 Utah had 2 of its LB's honored and Phoenix's Isaac Andrews was their sole representitive.

between the whole division 0 offensive players breaking J.B. Mahon's streak of 5 consecutive selections

Had a good season in the end but I was never really satisfied with the way we played. I'm really worried that I'm going to have bad cap problems and may actually regress next season.

It's the second selection to the pro bowl in a year for Howard Cote, who's evolving into one of the game's top interior linebackers. And a first for one of my favorite FA pickups ever in Ian Subramanian. He smashed Utah's sacks record this year and I only hope he can keep this up another season or two.

What a fall for TE Dennis Hawley by the way. His YPT dropped in half this season, despite his ratings actually still climbing. Him and Randy Boone must not play nice.

Strick, you can have Reese back if you like! :-D It'll just be a 1st round pick

I like that Denver's 3rd-year RB won the return specialist spot on the Pro Bowl team, despite having 0 ratings in both KR and PR. Well done!

This division is going to get only more even and dangerous next year. Denver is going to be competing for Bowls, not division titles very soon. LA has McCumber, and Phoenix will have a high pick in the draft. Utah got lucky and overachieved slightly this year (at least, some wins were veryyy close), and the reward for that is a 1-and-done in the playoffs and a low draft pick. We'll make do. Boone's gotta start playing better sometime.
