Well, it looks like I've done the improbable and actually had a decent draft in OSFL. Even a broken clock is right at least once per day, and every six or seven drafts I have a good one.
1.3 "Quack" Duckworth RB 48/71 -> 52/71: I traded up to 1.3 since the price was decent and I could choose either Duckworth or the TE Hartman, who is probably the best TE I've ever seen come out in an OSFL draft. I took Duckworth, who is awesome, but it looks like Hartman is a once in a lifetime player. I probably made the wrong choice. Still, not a bad consolation prize.
2.11 D.J. Moss FB 60/81 -> 65/80 The best of what was left, since Utah had more ammo to get the TE I wanted as a consolation prize for Hartman. (That TE bumped 7 in TC, I believe. MARONE!) I played with the idea of switching him to TE, because evidently I'm obsessed with that position or something. Unfortunately, he only has a 90% conversion to TE due to his height and weight. I'm a little leery of switching him since I might just ruin a good FB by moving him. Besides, he compliments my 1st round draft pick. Will we become the Camden Cutters vs 2.0? TUNE IN TO FIND OUT! (Spoiler: No.)
3.10 Jerome Ritt WR 13/22 -> 15/24 Evidently I forgot to give this guy his second contract offer after he didn't accept the first one. I guess I should sign him, but should I Bother with a measley 2 point bump to 24 potential? This one is obviously a miss.
4.5 Fernando Domenici C 17/27 -> 21/34 A nice bump that I expected from him. Reminds me of when I drafted J.T. Sandage who is finally getting a little old.Domenici will take over the reins in a year or two, most likely. Either that or labor in obscurity for the first 6-7 years of his career like Billy Wilkins, who finally might get to start this season as my ancient tackles' creaky, dusty old bones finally collapse under the weight of their fat.
4.18 Andre Bolden QB 8/23 -> 11/24 Well, unlike most QBs I draft, his rating didn't go down, at least.
7.11 Walt Johnson QB 11/37 -> 17/43 Whoa, where the hell did that come from? A 7th round QB bumping? Was it volatility? Or is this a creeper and my future starter? If he sticks around to become a backup that's fine with me.
UDFAs who didn't horribly crash in TC and might make the team or be traded:
J. Coryatt WR - Our token Bees castoff of the year, he converted alright to WR after we had that fatass slim down. He might make the team because we're thin there.
V. Luker WR - Might make our thin WR corps.
I. Stevens S - It's crowded there, so his chances are slimmer.
