Off-Season Review
It was a busy Off-Season in Ohio, during the Staff Draft we landed one of the best Head Coaches (Lucas Young) in the HC Pool. Silas Sharpe was also signed as a Strength Coordinator, due to Alejandro Burke being unable to maintain the team fit and healthy during the last season.
We designated OG Norbert Floy with the Franchise tag, and afterwards gave him a $71.93M 4 Year deal. We expected him to be a solid contributor in our OL and help the young linemans to reach their peak soon.
WR Leroy Burkley restructured his contract to give the team some cap flexibility entering the Free Agency Period. Thanks to this Fred Glover was brought from Kalispel with a 3 Year deal worth $53.13M
We traded for the rights of Tom Kollar from Kalispel, he was moved to Center and give us 4 really good OL to start the 2046.
2046 Draft Class

1st Round pick OG Jamal Marina - California
Jamal exceeded both opening lanes and protecting the QB, showing quick footwork and great strength at the point of attack during his days with the Golden Bears uniform, he will be switched to OG in the OSFL where I think he can reach his full potential.

2nd Round Pick RB Colton Dayes - Miami (OH)
Colton is a north - south runner who is able to break arm tackles thanks to his weight and his strength. He can be the bellcow of any offense with his big motor. Colton has also excellent route running skills and is able to make all the catches out of the backfield. To finish he also knows how to Return kick-offs and is an excellent special teams player. Really looking forward to see if he can replace Desmond Bullock who is entering his 8th Year in the OSFL.

4th Round Pick OLB J.C. Song - Cincinnati
J.C. has a massive frame 6´5 / 262 lbs. and excelled in Cincinnati during pass down situations, we expect him to give some rest time to our starting OLBs during passing down situations and in open formations. He might earn some more playtime during the Pre-season.

5th Round Pick CB Edwin Reich - Penn State
Edwin has excellent vision and ball skills, his combine in Indianapolis says that he was Underrated by the Scouts across the league, I want to give him a chance during the pre-season and see what he is able to do against the best WRs of the OSFL.

6th Round NT Lonnie Harper - Georgia Tech
He ran an excellent 40-Yard Dash (5.00) and made 32 Repetitions in the Bench Press. He has great pass rushing technique and dominated the opposing lineman in 3rd and Long and Spread formations. We Drafted him to be a key contributor in those situations.

7th Round Pick C Stanley Miiles - NW Missouri St.
It´s always sweet when a small college player makes it to the OSFL through the Draft, the Missouri St. product surprised us with his run blocking skills, strength and good motor. At least on paper, he will have the Pre-season to show whether he can be a back-up with the Sharks.
