2.2: We'll start bidding at two future 2nds. Year not important.

2.14 and/or 2.16: Open to discussion. May trade one, both, or neither.

1.4 TE Nate Hartman: I think Brad indicated this could be a possibility to trade, before the pick is entered into Utah pre-game. This TE rocks balls. So I'll consider offers, up to picks being entered.

Also have a 2nd-year TE: Derek Wheeler, 26/47. He is a quality receiver with a 40/40 maxed red GD bar, despite being at 5 experience level. His GD is going to continue climbing. His RR will fall from 72 potential, but with 24 sole and 1 intel, it will still end up quite good.

So this is a quality receiving tight end who offers some skills as a blocker, to be fairly well-rounded.

Yeah, pass up good players and make me take them instead. That'll show me!

Obviously what's done is done...enjoy all those picks and use them well.

Picking 1.32 from now out over time though is the only hope we have.

It'll force you to turn over your roster more, which is a fair tradeoff. Right now you get to keep who you want and pick when you want. I'd rather see a 2-time champ make his picks and be forced into making hard decisions rather than you having 13 picks every draft and trading left and right.

Yeah, you're right, it would suck for the Bees if everyone got together and made sure we had to make all of our top picks and run out of cap space. That would be extremely frustrating. It may even sink the team, I don't know.

All 32 teams can work on that, or if one of them decides they'd rather focus on their own improvement over sacrificing that for other goals, it doesn't really work.

I mean, it isn't like I'm stingy with my draft picks. I'm often extremely generous with the prices for them (as Matt would probably know :P). I begged people to take the 1.4 off my hands. I don't want to build my teams by winning championships and then BELCO-ing my way into elite top-5 WR/TEs. But nobody really bit on that one. I'll still hand it back over to Portland if he wants it. He deserves it way more than I do.

Anyway, I think you guys have more hope than what Matt said, although I do hope I can match Firefly's 10-bowl-streak in the vNFL house league, or wherever it was. WR Fletcher is looking like he is about to drop off the map (-6 cut test). WR Foley's year 10. Giang might be done. And though I won the bowl last year, I was in danger of missing the playoffs on Week 17. I had a 10-6 regular season.

We've remained competitive over a long period of time but we've lost 5, 5, and 6 games in the seasons since 2022, and not for lack of trying. Definitely have been playoff-charmed, though.

First, lets see what's there. If there's a buncha late 3rd round talent left, sure, we'll make the dealf or a future 3rd! ;)
