Block reason: 5th-year Ryan Green has become a very nice starter, and I have enough other quality backs. He's a high investment I don't strictly need, and can settle for a lower return on. Cap Cost: 1.89mm, 2.46mm, 3.14mm-->

Ryan Green was our top RB last year. A creeper and a reliable, high-YPC guy with ST value. He dropped -9 this camp but can still be a serviceable backup runner, with ST value. Still a +1 cut test. Please note that I'm literally asking for almost nothing in return: a swap of any one of my 7th round picks I hold, with any one of yours, in any year.
I avoid past injustices and get an extra spot on the preseason roster for an insurance guy. You get a capable insurance / regular season backup guy without giving up anything. It's also good to have one RB with good ST, and he can be that guy.
Block reason: I want to move on at RB at this point, but I don't want to get past injustices from him. This is the lowest possible asking price and it's basically free. Cap Cost: veteran discount level @ 2 years.

Held in camp and didn't lose potential in the first offseason. I think he's roughly AS and probably ends up solidly in the 40s. A good run blocker with 50 strength and high endurance. If I keep him I'd probably explore a move to center.
Block reason: I kind of have a lot of guards. Cap Cost: 1.02mm, 1.31mm
