If I remember correct reason I passed on him was his wage, but I honestly don't remember for sure why I passed. Also I have had a bad habit of over looking anybody with 10 years exp preferring youth. I think I am going to start changing my philosophy on that theory.

But, yes, the salary was a huge issue for just about everyone.
