The turnover needs to start in Kalispel. I've got some young talent that doesn't fit the plan, and I'll only be able to keep so many of them in 2-3 years so I figure I might as well see who's worth moving now. Lots of guys in their last years. In general I'm leaning towards deals for multiple picks, I'm no longer looking to add franchise players to the team as much as I'm looking for drafting role players to fit my defense or fill in on offense. I'm not in a rush to make any deals but let me know your interest levels and we'll see how they demand to renew. Usually if I get solid offers I like to make a decision within 24-48 hours.
