      Confirmed.

I still have the older WR (Jimmy Mathis) available for trade as well.

Now that it's official... here's the take from Motown....

I feel like we're overpaying a little bit for a mid-40's WR, but our team simply does not have much receiving talent and are absolutely 100% absent of any return skills outside of Cris Gardner and Jermaine Lowman (who are both too valuable to return kicks).

Heney gives us another 45-48 level WR to line up opposite Lorenzo Woodworth. They're both young and should somewhat nail down the position for a few years.

The 2nd Rounder SHOULD be late and the way WRs go in this league, the talent available around pick 55 is simply not a guarentee to even develop to this level.

Cause the teams are so even... everyone feels like they have to make a move to compete.

Clay just gave up a top 40 draft choice for an average WR.

                A) My pick won't be in the Top 40

                B) He's better than what I have, so it worth it to me.

                C) Why don't you beat my team this decade (3-0 vs Portland since 2010) before you judge it.

                D) Bite me.

I disagree that Heney is average, fwiw. If I didn't have the absurd overabundance of WRs that I have, he wouldn't have been traded at all. Heney is +6 since he was drafted despite getting very little playing time. I suspect that he's a mid to upper 50s WR--not a star, but a solid starting WR in an environment where WRs are becoming increasingly important.

I'm just fucking with Clay. I like the WR. Good size and scored often. (That's what she said.)
