This was something we always dealt with in older, older versions. Then, they seemingly fixed it in 14 or 15, so that large negative balances weren't impacted by the cash max figure and they carried forward as they should. This version seems to have taken a step back on that feature.

Market size should be dynamic too, if you lose you lose market. If you win, you win. I got a market increase last year and it went down in the middle of the season too (I dunno if Commishes did that, or the gane did it). I don't know if we play with static market sizes or not. But if not it would be fair to motivate GMs to not to lose (aka tank).

Are we sure the money isn't a result of Mason's 35MM plus other contracts being moved?

As someone who honestly puts a lot of effort into winning and turning a profit I'll be pretty pissed if we don't make teams carry ALL of their accumulated debts forward.

Market size isn't correlated to winning.

To what is correlated then? I got a message last season saying that my market size was increased because my Popularity was very high during a long period of time... What popularity is related? To win... Ergo Win = Increase of market size.

However few SIMs later it went down again without a message saying it, I don´t know if it was done by the game or by the Commishes, No one told me anything, and my popularity was stable... So I dunno. Are we playing with stable Market Sizes? If they go up or down, do they get "corrected" by the Commishes??

For Pawtucket it says your budget for 2019 was $140m. In 2020 it was $126m. Now it's going to be $108m.

In financials the owner has no control over the budget.
                  Under news.

Pawtucket Patriots: Received $47,917,241 in cash from the owner.

To be fair, a few teams got cash. Pawtucket just happened to receive like 5x the next highest team.

Matt... there is NO way I should be able to have any sort of money for free agency. Check the math.(Check league financial report) Shows I have 18ml+ for projects product. You take away -10 million cash so 8+ million. NOW.....even with my media market shrinking 5 million gives us 3 million. We were 59 million in the hole (49 + 10ml cash)

Again due the math, there is no way we can have money UNLESS my owner gave me 47 million. If you want me to beating everyone's ass in 2 seasons then by all means give it me. Remember our salary drops like a rock in 2022 after I tell Dave P & Lara to go take a hike. I prefer this version of Pawtucket not to hear anymore bitching. I'm being a team player.

Sorry guys. Maybe someone can make it bigger. This fog of war is really stupid anyway. In the real world, we have spies that know what every team is up to (See Cardinals)

To reiterate, any owner infused cash is being taken back out; every penny. You'll see the impact in the first offseason SIM.

Are we sure this hasn't already been happening - the owner infused cash? I feel as if every off season the owner gives or takes. The difference is how much Pawtucket is getting, no?

                            Or maybe I'm remembering wrong.

Also, and I know this might start a rebellion, but if we won't let owners give cash, why are we allowing them to take it?

Edit. I think that last part is about keeping cash at $10 mm or less. Don't let me talk about financials. This game is weird.
