    Yeah that's definitely it. Some of the ftp settings were wrong in the first file and I fixed them in a later one. Download the current file manually using the link in the owners forum.

    Try exporting after you load it (in game date should be 11/25) and let me know if it works.

    oh and i did turn my firewall completely off.. and restarted the program.. and it still didn't work.

    hmm, after the edit (with firewall on), it still doesn't download.

    Hmm. if disabling the firewall doesn't work, try setting ftp_passive to 0 and set ftp_timeout_milliseconds to 90000 (even though I don't think this is it)

    This is with the most current league file, correct?

    In your config/app can you set ftp_passive_mode to 1. If the line doesn't exist, just add a new line in the same format as the other entries.
