1988 Draft Discussion

There's a pitcher I get the feeling my scout likes a lot and maybe 1 other owner might have his eyes on (just assuming because he's still on the board).

I'm really hoping he can fall into the third round. If he does, I'll do a dance for all of you to see. I'll call it the "This is Acid (A New Dance Craze)."

There were two others I considered but they are more reach picks for later. Hebert was the only pitching prospect I had left rated up here so I just couldn't pass him up. Dunmore Theodore can't pitch forever.

The Los Lunas pick right after mine got JJ Black who I think was the overall best player in the draft, but didn't want to spend a Top 2 round pick on a Closer. Love that guy though.
