I don't want to step into a mess, but I think Wilmington is on a different level than you've placed them on. Certainly no disrespect since your a division-mate, but at this point in time I'd say the top 3 in the Stout are pretty much a toss-up just like they were last year. Any one of them could break out and be the top IL team at the end of the year, IMO.

Your team is closer than you'd think. I watch all three of our games this week and you could have easily won two of them.

My opinion... just that... an opinion... because you are in a division with high quality teams... it makes it more difficult to patiently wait for young talent to bloom. I think you need to consider moving prospects and or high draft picks when these big name guys hit the market like I did with Woodbury and Nino. I think teams that win help young players develop. I think you need to make big moves to get mediocre before your farm system will really blossom.

I'd be interested to see the extra-divisional record over the last couple years. Philly and Cali have both Baltimore and Batavia to contend with every year. The Stout is a 3 team division.

Unfortunately there's not a great way to judge it. My personal (admittedly biased) opinion is that you fielded a Stout v Porter team, the Stout would win. I think you'd have two great teams, but I think if you took a Starting 8, L & R Starter, L & R Reliever and Closer from each division... Stout would field the better team. In fact, I'd further argue that the Stout would leave players off the team through necessity that would start on the Porter.

I'm not trying to come up with an answer. I was wondering (outloud) how much the Stouts win loss is hurt by Morgantown. I've said before, I don't think Win/Loss means anything big picture when viewed over a period.
