The Utility drop bar does not work but that's been understood since the draft began when Tom had issues and Pat solved it 14 minutes later.

I had the most success accessing the draft by getting to Stats Lab through the All-Star voting link, then clicking the draft link from there.

The last sim link works as well. Once you are actually in then you need to click on the draft tab.
