2007 Draft Discussion

Xavier Milledge is hitting .250 in single A right now, but I think some day he might be a AAA all-star.

Scout said he was ready. He looked bored in the lower levels. He won't sniff BLB until next year the earliest.

Wilkinson is in AAA

Wow thats fast. Good thing is the kid was pretty developed especially with D.

Wilkinson is in AAA now and the pitcher I took in the second round is looking solid in AA.

But the rest are super questionable.

This draft really sucked...I was looking at a new scouting report on the guy I took at #10, and I was starting to feel a bit regretful...and then I looked at the new scouting reports for the three other guys I was considering....they had all gotten worse too.

Obviously Pawtucket drafted higher, but we got 3 guys from this draft in the top 100. That being said we came at this draft with numbers so not a total shock.

This draft was basically a role players draft. Useful guys, but lacking star power. Poor , poor draft for bullpen players. Thats two seasons now. Actually happy about this since it got to a point where my scout thinks EVERY freaken 7-5-4 bullpen guys is great. Needs to be watered down some.

Yes. Draft is the 16th in game I believe. I've already dloaded the draft file and upped A to 35.

No more entering for hours anymore. Brad did it the last 2 and I did it our first year. We're getting good at this.

Plus neither of you two edit the incoming players so that's good.

Well We had the 1 pick so obviously we paid a bit more attention.

Didn't pick until the 5th, but I usually still make all of my picks. Time got away from me this time.

This is the first year I didn't make a manual pick at all. I looked at the CPU selections and I could quite possibly cut my entire 2007 draft class.
