Is it normal that your pitchers have energy only for 2 games per week? ? Or is it because I am playing in a Rookie League? ? :)
In baseball's past starting pitchers pitched more frequently and for more innings each game.
As the game changed, more roles became defined as a bullpen (this is what you call the collection of relievers on your team) was established as a part of the game. Previously relievers were ineffective starters. Guys that only pitched when the starter tired but not expected to perform effectively.
As the roles became more defined, the effectiveness of those relievers increased. It has grown to the point that relievers have specialized roles and starters now throw less innings (mostly to preserve their health but that's another topic).
Because those specialized roles became important in winning and losing, teams started to assign those positions to particular players.
Now we have closers who close out tight games and pick up saves -if they enter a game with a lead of 3 or less, or if the tying run is on-deck (on-deck meaning he comes up to bat after the current batter) or pitches 3 effective innings; set-up men who come in to hold a lead (a hold is exactly like a save except the reliever did not finish the game) and pitch before the closer comes in; and other roles like a left-handed specialist (left hander who only pitches to left handed batters), long reliever (usually pitches several innings in relief of a starter that was not effective and is pulled early from the game), and middle reliever (comes in before the set up relievers and closer or to keep a game close as they tend to be better pitchers than the long reliever).

Usually your SP's will pitch every 5 games and have a stamina rating of above 5.

Yes I am working in the nhs, I have here all the opportunities that I'd never have in Spain. I guess in Canada you also could have a great future!! :)
While you're getting to know baseball, you might want to think about learning hockey too. There's a new game coming out in May which means possibly a new league on SGN!
There's a pro hockey league in the UK too. http://www.eliteleague.co.uk/

I take it that you're working for the NHS!
