Day after day. The game does a good job of letting you know when it's time to handle arbitration or the draft or rule 5.

As you play games, you'll continue to figure out the layout and information.

What player would you like to take with the #1 Overall pick for example? Pitcher? IF? OF?

Well after 4 Years playing and learning baseball in the minors, finally an offer came up and I am going to be the new GM of the Philadelphia Aliens (Alas Phillis?? Why the game doesnīt use the real names?? License problems?)

And now I am absolutely overwhelmed with the financial model, scouting and renegotiations, arbitrations and see which player is going to be usefull and who not... Of course all the personnel and trainners of the minor leagues, players etc... Oh God... It was so easy to set up the line-ups and just play ball!!

From where do you recommend me to start to digest this men? [emoji106][emoji106]

    All the help appreciate.

Now a feature about the game... I canīt see the stats from previous games, it says that I have to check in Game Setup that this feature is not forbidden... I checked in the files and there is a lot games in the Box Score but not mine... Any idea why this is happening??

I am playing in the AAA right now under the Seattleīs GM dictature, just in case it helps...
It is very possible the box scores are not saved for minor league games.

This is an option most leagues disable to save space, otherwise the league file becomes way too huge to download.

But I'm not entirely sure because the HTML has working box scores for each league.

Maybe someone else knows the answer.

All right! Draft time! How many rounds draft has?? I readed in the MLB like 23 rounds at least... Is that correct?? :)

To be safe I try to get a hitting/ pitching coach "excellent" or greater. You have to weigh cost versus benefit which to me is inconclusive. Like I said just being safe.

Coaches in the minors don't concern me as much since I'm pretty hand on with each level. If you chose not be, then go "outstanding" or better when dealing with rookies.

    Hope this helps.

Also, financials are not easy to manage in this game. It seems easy one moment and then the next it seems weird.

Side note - MAKE SURE you set you final scouting and player development numbers BEFORE Spring Training #1. Once ST hits you are locked in and it can severely damage your money going forward.

Its still basing alot on your salary from 2010. With that....the free agent money showing generally stays the same like UMD says you can take money away from PD & Scouting, but being your rebuilding I consider this a HARD expense and if anything add to it. (We use to put 25ml in PD)
